לכולנו יש את המשאלות או החלומות האלה שבלב אנחנו מאמינים שיום אחד נגשים, רק שהיום האחד הזה לא מגיע ואנחנו משאירים אותם בגדר החלום. גם תמיד יש לנו הסבר למה עדיין לא הגשמנו את החלום הזה ומתי תיהיה לנו הזדמנו להפוך אותו למציאות. אז אני מאמינה שאיו זמן מתאים יותר מעכשיו!
כאן בהמשך הפוסט הכנתי לכם 3 טיפים פשוטים וקלים ליישום שיעזרו לכם להוציא אל הפועל את החלומות או המשאלות שלכם.
1. הכי קל והכי פשוט
לבחור את המשימה הכי פשוטה והכי קלה, שכבר עכשיו אני יכולה לעשות אותה. כן ממש ככה, לפעמים יש לנו נטיה לכתוב לעצמינו רשימות באורך הגלות של משימות מורכבות ומסובכות. רק לחשוב על המשימות האלה יכול להתיש אותנו ולהרחיק אותנו מעשייה. אבל אם נעשה רק פעולה אחת קטנה ופשוטה זהו כבר הנענו את התהליך. זה יצור שרשרת של פעולות, ייתן תחושת מסוגלות ויפתח לנו את התיאבון להמשיך ולעשות עוד ועוד.
2. הכל עניין של תוכניות
ליצור תוכנית פעולה, כאשר אנחנו מתכננים אנחנו יוצרים סדר במחשבות, מבינים את התהליך ומקבלים בהירות על הפעולות שיש לבצע. אחרי התכנון מגיע שלב החלוקה למשימות, בהתחלה משימות גדולות ולאחר מכן כל משימה גדולה לתתי משימות. בשלב הזה אני אוהבת לתת טאצ' כייפי לכל משימה כדי שיהיה לנו יותר חשק לבצע את המשימות.
השלב הבא הוא להכניס ליומן, אצלי יש כלל כל מה שכתוב ביומן מתגשם. בכל שנה כשאני קונה יומן חדש אני מטעינה אותו בעזרת שיטת התטא הילינג בכך שכל מה שנכתב בו מתגשם בצורה המיטיבה ביותר עבורי. הרישום ביומן יוצר לנו מין עוגן ששומר לנו על הסדר ותזכורת של המשימות.
3. לא לפחד להתחייב
לספר ולהתחייב מול מישהו, כן בדרך כלל אנחנו אוהבים לעמוד מאחורי המילה שלנו, אז למה שלא נשתמש בזה כעוגן להגשמת החלומות שלנו?
אפשר להתחייב מול מישהו אחד ואפשר מול עשרות או אלפי אנשים, מה שמרגיש בנוח. למשל על אתגר של כתיבה התחייבתי עם חברה, פתחנו לשתינו קבוצת ווטסאפ מיוחד שם התעדכנו. לעומת זאת על אתגר הריצה שלי התחייבתי מול כל חברי הפייסבוק שלי. ההתחייבות הזו יוצרת המשכיות, אני יודעת שמישהו שם מחקה לעדכון שלי, זה מקל עלי ונותן לי דרייב להמשיך ולעשות.
